If your order is wrong or damaged

If your order arrives damaged, spoiled, or is simply the wrong item, send us a photo within 7 days of delivery and we will replace it or refund it. No return shipping required.

Unopened items

If an unopened item is not right for you, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we will refund it once it is back with us. Return shipping is on you unless the mistake was ours.

Perishable and opened items

For food safety reasons we cannot resell perishable or opened items, so those are not returnable. We would still rather hear from you than have you stuck with something you cannot use. Email us at gordanierranch@pm.me and we will sort it out.
